Room With a View

The living room reflects once life style and discipline. It is the same place where your long drawn conversations takes place. The room is window to your home, often the only room guests get to spend time and gauge your personality from. It show cases your sensibilities, tastes, and emotions.

There are different decors, and styles that revolve around rooms. It most certainly depends upon an individual how he/she utilizes the space in the living room in a best possible way. In  the contemporary setting of the living room every piece of furniture tells its own story. The white toned furniture in a minimalist room reflects your sobriety where as the green rubber mauve furniture tells that you are a nature loving person at the same time. Akin to blend with the nature, wooden flooring blends with the surroundings, subtly adding a timeless appeal. Maintaining a theme of the living room creates a healing effect on the soul as well as the body. In this sense accessories like glass and lacquer lights will work best to infuse a pristine touch. The floral designs on the walls, soft toned lamps , and the bunch of flowers appends a more closer feel with the nature.

Besides this, a traditional room  setting reflects mental the psychological balance of an individual. The traditional room setting takes the people back to the memoirs of 70's and 80's.  In these categories of rooms there is a typically fair bit of carving and detailing with rare ornate materials like brass constituting this traditional look. Such type of rooms have their old world charm and dignity of its own. But at times a softer, more liveable approach, remains the perfect solution to suit every segment of architecture.
